The zipper is a little tough at first but well stitched to hold tight. Shipping of the entire order was off but Zazzle did a great job turning around the order fast. So pleased with the outstanding customer service which is a rarity these days! Printing looks great. The sleeve itself came with creases which ran through the logo, but believe these creases will flatten out over time with use.
