I purchased this as a Christmas present for someone, so it hasn't seen any wear and tear for me to tell you about. It looks and feels solid, not like a cheap or thin mug. Should stand up to many the cup of coffee and tea. The image turned out exactly as it looked online, quite clear and professional looking. The only issue I had was that there is a space at the beginning of one of the lines, as if I had added a space before the wording when I was putting in the information, but if I did, that was by accident. Not a deal breaker or really noticeable, and it's my own fault, but make sure to check these things when you're doing your own orders! :)
