This amazingly pretty American type Japanese Akita is named Kohana. Kohana is a blacke masked pinto and white girl and her akita sweetnesshines shows in her expression. I painted Kohana's pet portrait in soft pastels. What a wonderful breed the Japanese akita dog is, loyal and very smart as well as being extraordinarily beautiful dogs. Akita's are also very independant large dogs with big hearts. This tile with it's original soft pastel akita dog portrait painting is a "must have" for everyone who is owned by an akita or who just admires the akita breed. what a great gift for someone special, but maybe you just want to treat yourself to this lovely dog painting tile. A percentage of my commission from all akita products will be donated Akita rescue.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
