This was a gift for my brother. I almost didn't get the pkg because the Post Office said they left it by my mailbox which is on the first floor in a common area. (I feared that it was stolen).
I contacted Zazzle and spoke with a representative who was very kind and she told me to speak with the Post office and if the Post Office couldn't find it, then they could reprint another one and send directly to my brother.
I did contact the P.O and filled out a service report for the missing pkg. The next morning when I went down to the common area to check for mail, the missing box was there on top of my mailbox. I don't know who put it there, but I was happy it was there and I would be able to get it to my brother for his birthday. This was a birthday gift for my brother and I wrapped the box and gave it to him. I never saw it, but he called me on his birthday to say he liked it very much and thanked me for his mug.
