No wrapping on tote bag, and, as a result, I cut into both the plastic bag and the tote bag. I am not a happy camper and will be very careful in opening products from Phoenix, AZ. There was no information that this was a Zazzle-related product. I am very disappointed and warn potential buyers that this seller needs to enhance the packing of products. Printing was good and it should be since this is the second bag ordered.
