I ordered this with the idea that I’d be getting engaged before the end of the year. I ordered it but once I got it, it was shattered. The box was smashed, and it broke during shipment. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement. It was very easy and the product was still super great! I got it within the time they said I would. Printing is fuzzy, but it’s fine enough for me to keep and order different stuff.
