I am beyond frustrated as I ordered my ornament in November and have still not received it. According to Tracking, it has been sitting at the USPS in Greenville SC since Dec. 3, 2020. It was suppose to be delivered to me by December 3rd. I realize that you have a lot of orders, but I do not think you should tell customers you will deliver by a certain date, if there is no way it will be delivered by then. It is now De3cember 10th and I still have not received the item, nor has TRACKING been updated. Very dissatisfied customer. Ms. S. Barger. Would not know, as I have not received it.

I wanted something to remember my boy and for him to be part of our Christmas. I have two beautiful pictures captured on this disc. Encircled with paw prints. It’s so beautiful and I will treasure it always. He’s on our Christmas tree for now but will find a special place for him. It’s everything I expected and more. Did take awhile to come. Beautiful. I was not too sure when I ordered it, but love it
