Cute dog! Perfect for Golden Retriever lovers (or any dog lover). The recipient loved it! Being a picky graphic designer, I was super impressed by the beautiful printing! The colors popped on this expensive looking, thick stock. Matte is definitely the way to go. I've ordered the Semi-Gloss option which is more of a high gloss (too shiny and looks cheap). The thicker matte stock looks rich and classy. I will order all my cards this way from now on.
