I am delighted with the clocks !!! I ordered three for my grandchildren not realizing they came in various sizes !!! I ordered two medium sized and one large. Of course for siblings, that does not work !!! Sooo I re-ordered the large one in medium size !!! Because they were personalized, I did not feel it appropriate to ask for a refund !!! But I think you should be more clear on the sizes..... But the quality is wonderful and they will love them for their new rooms !!! Beautiful !! Very legible and accurate !!!
