    I have to say that when Zazzle says: If you're not 100% elated about your order they take it back... no hassle, is absolutely true. Not once but twice with the same order!!! Being the novice that I am, my 1st try on this piece of art came in the right size, but I thought it was stretched on canvas, not just canvas. Sadly disappointed with my purchase, Zazzle refunded me allowing me to try again. The second time I put the order through and the next day I realized I made an error and again, Zazzle came through AND showed me how to get exactly what I wanted. They refunded me for the second time so that my third and final order would be the winner! It came lickity split in less than a week with Mother's Day discounts and all!! I am a very happy camper. On the third try, it's exactly what I had envisioned. Thanks for the help of some really great CSR's
