The months head the columns at the top, and the days of the month are to be written on the horizontal lines numbered 1 through 31, which are printed in the left hand column down the left side. A row of feet walking is printed across the top. The title can be customised, a short title is recommended if you want to keep the feet in the same place. I mostly love these. They are a great weight and color, BUT the edges are poorly finished, look rough and have voids in the printing. Wish it looked a bit more professional.
