Daily Weigh-In page, for Lifestyle change Flyer

Lifestyle In Change. That is the theme of this newest collection of products that I have designed. Most of the people that are using this product are people that have wanted to lose weight, and lead a healthier lifestyle, hence “lifestyle in change”. The binder is to hold the pages that I have created to help people keep track of their new lifestyle. There are about 4 different pages that I have created to help with your new lifestyle change. If you’re anything like me, you don’t have a lot of time to constantly be running to the computer when you want to add something to your daily food consumption. I use Spark People also, but I found out it is very time consuming to keep going to add your food intake, water, and exercises. I decided that it would be a lot easier to have a page that I can just jot down what I ate, the exercises I did, and anything else I needed to remember during the day. At the end of the day I can just go to my Spark People page and add what I had written down all at one time. There are also times when I am away from home and I can’t access a computer, so I take my binder with my pages with me, write what I need to while I am away, then input the info on the computer once I am back home or near a computer. I have created other matching products to help give you incentive, and also let other people know, that you are doing a lifestyle change. I feel very proud when I tell people I am doing a lifestyle change. I know I am doing something good for myself, so I feel better about myself. This page is in black with images of scales at the top. Daily weigh-in page has a box at the top with the logo in it and “Lifestyle in Change”, and “Daily Weigh-in”. The box is a frame box with a black colour to it. Underneath that is a table that has: “date, time, weight, mood and notes”. There are boxes underneath each word to fill in each day. This page is not centred so you will have more room to punch holes in the sides if you wish. Just punch some holes in the side, and add it to your binder. Printed on both sides so you have plenty of places to add your weight. Daily journal page has a box at the top with “Lifestyle in Change”, and “Daily Journal”. The box is a frame box with a black colour to it. Underneath that is a box that has a place to put your: “name, date, weight, and mood”. There are lines underneath to keep up with what you do each day. Just punch some holes in the side, and add it to your binder. Printed on both sides so you have plenty of places to add your weight.
