I took this photo in October of 2005 after taking a detour off of Route 6A on Cape Cod to stop at one of the bayside beaches in Dennis, MA. After the summer season, most of the tourists have gone, and the beaches have a certain special serenity. There is, however, a wedding commencing behind me. It was a lovely day for a beach ceremony.
