Venice Plein Air is an amazing sketch painted with bright watercolors by the artist, Samuel Dixon. The painting depicts a Venetian waterway complete with traditional gondolas and the shapes of people overlooking the water from one of the city's many bridges. Although clearly a sketch, the colours blend in a way that captures the ephemerality of a Venetian scene, the water is always flowing and the formless people come and go. The painting itself however is timeless, especially if you get it on one of many great products like postcards, posters, luggage tags and much more.
