Digital Impressionist BILLY the KID Poster
Impressionist DIGITAL portrait of Billy the Kid.
Based upon the iconic sole tintype photograph taken of the heavily armed Billy the Kid at Fort Sumner, New Mexico around 1879.
The original tintype was auctioned in 2011 and purchased for $2.3 million dollars. The image is considered the preeminent classic image of the old west.
It shows the outlaw dressed in a rumpled hat and layers of clothes, including a bulky sweater. He's standing with one hand resting on a Winchester carbine on his right side and a Colt revolver holstered on his left side.
Please view my other tintype Billy the Kid image, which I adhered closely to the original photograph.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
