Dinosaur Friends II lowbrow fantasy Art Print

"Dinosaur Friends 2" is the title - one of my favourite paintings I've done yet, and my first of 2010! Quick background - when I was a very little girl I had some allegedly "imaginary" friends of mine which were dinosaurs. An amateur paleontologist even then, I remember them more clearly and distinctly than I do most of my other friends from that age. So I thought I'd create a series of paintings inspired by them. This litle girl has dinosaur friends as well (but seems to have a much nicer house than I did!). Her eyes are striking - golden, almost reptilian. Her bedroom is in high Rococo style, and she even has a Spinosaurus friend (one of my personal favourite dinosaurs, as well as my nephew Luke's!).
