Dona Nobis Pacem Ancient Latin Prayer for Peace Square Sticker

"Give us peace" is the literal translation of the ancient Latin prayer conclusion "Dona nobis pacem." In the Catholic mass this phrase comes at the end of the Agnus Dei (Lamb of God). We entreat the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, to give us peace. A lot of people know this phrase from a round that you sing at summer camp, or you used to, anyway. That round is attributed to Mozart, through centuries' worth of oral tradition. I hand lettered these words with watercolor and a brush, the old-fashioned way. Sing it or just pray it, it is a powerful prayer and more relevant now than ever. Dona nobis pacem!
