I've collected everything related to Dragons and Medieval times since I was a junior in high school. I've always admired the craftsmanship in chainmaille armour and jewelry and thought it would be really neat to own my pieces. The idea of having and wearing jewelry that stands out from the crowd has always appealed to me. It's easy to find traditional jewelry that others will also own for themselves. However, I think it's even more interesting to have an item that gets people asking questions.
It took some serious medical problems, that knocked me out of work for a few months, for me to decide it was time to begin making my own jewelry. I knew it would be time consuming to learn but I decided that, if ever there was a time to do this, now was that time. As I learned how to make this jewelry, I realized I loved the process of making the jewelry and I found myself making more and more pieces. I was wearing my creations everywhere I went and I started to see some serious interest in the jewelry I was wearing. There were people stopping me to ask about my jewelry everywhere I went.
It was then that I decided it was time to turn my passion into a business venture where I could share my jewelry with people who want to own their very own, one-of-a-kind jewelry piece. Initially, I learned a few chainmaille weaves. However, I also learned that scalemaille is also a popular form for unique jewelry and other pieces, so now I offer both types of jewelry and accessories.
Learning this art has been an incredible journey and I'm thrilled I finally took the time to pursue this dream. My goal is to continue to grow into a thriving business where my customers feel the love I've put into my creations and end up cherishing their purchases. I know my business would be nothing without my customers so I put my heart and soul into every piece I create. Our customers deserve that kind of care.
