Eclipse 2012 by Garret Moore is an image made from actual solar photography by the artist taken from an astronomical expedition on May 20th 2012 from the exact centre of totality in the Nevada desert. The design is created using the real Mayan Calendar made of a dark gold metal with design elements depicting a Mayan motif and corner seals of a Quetzalcoatl Yin Yang. The beautiful background is from the Hubble Telescope image of a Star-birth region of our little sister galaxy the Large Magellanic Cloud. All together an uplifting solar record of this rare solar event that for this part of Earth will not happen again in our lifetime.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
