Egg carton MANDATORY SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS 2" Rubber Stamp

All cartons of raw, shell eggs not treated to destroy Salmonella bacteria are required to carry these instructions: SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: To prevent illness from bacteria: Keep eggs refrigerated, cook eggs until yolks are firm, and cook foods containing eggs thoroughly. Stamping is much easier if you use a small block of wood or something similar under the lid to support the carton when stamping. Stamp size is 2" x 2"
