National flag of El Salvador The Salvadoran national flag has three horizontal bands, in blue and white. This version of the flag has the national coat of arms in the centre, and is used by the government and state organisations. It was adopted in 1912. Note that any distortion in the preview image is caused by compression artefacts, and won't be printed.
