Beach Towel
I just received my order and I’m very disappointed in the product. They were monogrammed beach towels that I needed for gifts. The monogram has a strange line across the middle on both towels, and the quality of the towels is awful. They feel very cheap. I paid $100 for 2 towels and I expected a higher quality product than this! Can I get a refund for these! I am attaching photos. Thank you. Kathy Lanno.

The fabric is soft and fluffy, feels great on the skin. The quality seems to be very good, I have not yet tested how absorbent the fabric is. The colors were vivid, the lines of the design clear, all in all, a great result.

Size is great, feels lovely and washes well. The print was easy to personalise, however the quality isn't as great as the one I ordered a few years ago ( might not have been the same provider) it was a bit bobbly -however after a wash it appears better
