Elegant custom name monogram drinking party shot glass

I paid for express shipping that said it would be here on a specific day! After paying extra, then I see that it’s an estimated day! This was the one thing that I had made special for my daughter‘s party and y’all ruined it! So never again will I order from here because now I’m gonna get 20 shot glasses that are personalized in the mail from UPS after the party is over which doesn’t do me any good? $135 down the drain! .

We ordered shotglasses for our destination wedding in Cabo and were so excited. On our first order, the writing came back so small, you'd need a magnifying glass to see it. Luckily, Zazzle credited our account and we were able to reorder another batch. I spent a lot of time ensuring the text was much bigger the second time around. Sadly, the 2nd order was only a little bigger than the first. I am still debating on whether we'll be able to give these to our guests or find another vendor to give us a better product. My suggestion is that there needs to be more guidance and/or quality control/checks either when you are creating your order or before the item gets shipped to the customer. I feel like this could have been prevented or fixed. Even though they did provide good customer service in crediting our account after the first order, I will be hesitant to order customized products from Zazzle in the future just knowing that ultimately, we never ended up with a product that we're truly excited to give.
