I loved the way they turned out. The site, however, made personalization somewhat of an issue. My picture made the font difficult to read. I needed to change the color. However, I placed the order as is because I was getting so frustrated with the site. Zazzle support contacted me and told me that they could cancel the order since it was difficult to read. However, they could do nothing to modify my order. They could only cancel it and I'd have to redo it completely. This was irksome as Christmas was coming quickly. After many phone calls all day during work, I spoke with someone competent enough to change the color of the font for me. They sent me the draft, I approved. Boom, done. After a few hoops and jumps, they turned out beautifully. Excellent. Exactly as described. After the color change, everything looked beautiful.
