It's a nice tag but production and shipping were extremely delayed and getting anyone on the phone at Zazzle was difficult. Also, my order was wrong so I had to contact them again to get that corrected. I still have not received my updated order and no notification of it being sent. When I did get someone, they were nice and helpful but getting connected to a human was quite frustrating.
Overall, I would not order this again and would be hesitant to order anything from Zazzle given the issues of speaking to customer service, the delay, and how the order was wrong.

This was purchased as part of a 40th Birthday present for my nephew who is going to Vegas. It is made of high quality, very study and we decided only to put his name on the back of the tag, but you can add a full address if you so wish.
I definitely would purchase from Zazzle again. The colours and print were excellent.
