Remember to save your changes and make sure your session doesn't time out otherwise you lose everything and have to start over. It took over a week for customer service to respond to my help request and I was under a tight timeframe. I ended up redoing and received my order as indicated and well packed so no damaged corners. Will order from again. These turned out exactly as I had hoped, color and texture. Image quality was excellent.
