Product quality is good. My problem/complaint is the invitation came without envelopes. I called to question and was told they were very sorry for the mistake and would get them in the mail immediately. I waited 9 days and no envelopes. Called again and I was told the person I had spoken with failed to send. Another apology and promise to put the envelopes in the mail right away. I’m sitting here 6 days later and, No Envelopes. So, had to go buy some because invites needed to be mailed. The printing and color are awesome but the no envelope situation and poor customer service will prevent me from ever using Zazzle again

Thank You, i ordered this invitation as a gift to my friends who are having a babyshower.
I would advise to place order early so it arrives on time. im sure i ordered it about 6 weeks before event and it arrived around 10 days after i purchased it which was still enough time before the event.
I am really happy with how the invitation turned out and excellent value for money.
would use this seller again x. Really Nice, exacly how i wanted it.
