Emergency Pet (Dog) Care Wallet Card

This card will give emergency personnel pet care contact information in the event that you are unable to return home to care for your pet. I have designed it on an invitation that can be folded and placed in your wallet. The entire product is designed as a template so all text and images can be removed or replaced. The text font and colour can also be changed along with the background colour of the card. The reverse side is bank but can be personalised to include any information you feel necessary. This card features a photo of my dog Riley, a black and white lab/rottweiler mix that we rescued many years ago. He is pictured against some lush green grass. It also features a black paw print and black and blue text. Since this in an invitation it will also come with an envelope which of course you will be able to use for mailing other items. Hopefully you will never need to use this card but in the event that you do, I hope it provides safe care for you beloved pet.
