The bag is a nice size and appears to be very sturdy. However, I was kind of disappointed that the shoulder straps are not reinforced - a quick trip through the sewing machine solved this, but, it would have been a nice touch to already have the reinforcements in place. Printing was okay...a more lighter, diluted black than the true black that the photo/preview displays.

This tote bag is just the right size for my needs. It is big enough to fit all the things I need, toys, treats and medical record to send with my guide dog puppy when they go into training. It is so easy to upload a photo of my puppy to get printed onto the bag too. The printing is amazing. It's so easy to upload a photo to the site to be added to the bag.
