Each balloon has a flowing curly ribbon attached. The balloons are set against a blue background sprinkled with falling confetti. There are also some confetti letters, with gold foil effect overlay, where the letters are those of the word CONGRATULATIONS. Underneath the balloon is bunting with the letters Y E A R S.
