November is Epilepsy Awareness month. Epilepsy is a common neurological condition yet it has a long standing historical social stigma attached to it. Because of this, many people don't talk about having epilepsy. This condition is underrepresented and underfunded. You can help those living with epilepsy by putting an end to the stigma associated with this condition. Educate yourself and speak up. Spread the awareness by wearing a t-shirt and causing other people to look at the facts and possibly start a conversation where you can speak up and share the truth about epilepsy.
