I thought the whole process was great. I got it earlier than originally promised, it was a well made mug. It was a gift so the only think I can't say is whether this will work in a microwave without the surprised "burn your fingers.. the handle gets hot" surprise. It was well received. Printing was great. I wish there was a choice on letter colors.
