As I approached my 50th Birthday, I realised that I had let myself go. (Big Time). As a former serviceman with over 23 years service and having what was once a full and active lifestyle, all that was gone. I was far too busy running my business and chasing a dream of becoming a millionaire to notice that my health was starting to suffer. To cut a long story short, which is in fact published in my book "The Best Loser". I decided to do something about it and started running again, I was determined to be Fit and Still Training at 50. Now almost 57 for the past 7 years I have continued to keep active, and encourage others to do so, while at the same time raise money for charity.
