This is a photo-print taken from a beautiful vintage Turkish or Persian rug, shown here in its original colours. The pattern woven into the original antique carpet that this photo-print was taken from was in the traditional warm colours used for these handmade rugs, with reds and scarlets dominating, and gold and duck-egg blue supporting. The pattern is repeated to fill the width of the pillow and the reverse side repeats this two-up design.
The original antique carpet was showing some signs of wear and these flaws are reproduced in the photo-print to keep the character. With this faux carpet print you can get yourself the lush look of an old Oriental carpet at a fraction of the price of the real thing! []

I love this body cushion. With my kittens artwork on one side and my cat lying down artwork on the other I can swap between the two and it's very comfy and snuggly. I broke my spine recently obliterating L1 vertebrae so in combo with a firmer U shaped cushion this body cushion has been invaluable for ensuring I am able to sleep in any position I need to be in. The printing is perfect, really showing the different layers of the watercolour paintings.
