The quality is exceptional. Not only is this a real conversation starter, but it came out even better than I had hoped. The printing quality is second to none. I made sure to provide extremely large clean PNG files which had to be reduced in size for the mug. Every detail and subtle shade and detail was reproduced faithfully in the printing process. I could NOT BE HAPPIER.

I love this mug! The only slight complaint I have with it is that it had a slightly metallic taste/feeling around the rim. It has gotten somewhat better with washing, but is still there. I wondered if it is microwave safe or if the paint has metal in it...? But it is SOOOO worth it (I especially love to use it around Trump supporters. The problem is, they often don't understand the dig...). It's great. Clear and vivid colors.
