After placing order with Zazzle for my custom wedding shower invitations, the post office lost the invitations and stamps that I had ordered. I notified Zazzle (corresponded with Oskar) who immediately sent my original order back to be re-printed. There were no extra charges and the Zazzle team kept in touch with me throughout the re-print and expedited mailing (UPS used for reprints). The printing was fabulous and the colors vivid. Paper stock used was very good quality.
