When looking at the flask on line, it looked as though it was simply burnished stainless steel with initials imprinted directly on the metal. That was what I really wanted. When it arrived, it turned out to be a burnished pattern printed along with the initials, on a material that simply wrapped around the flask. Close, no stogie. The printing of the initials was perfect.
