Flag of North Korea (DPRK) Tie

This design features the national flag of North Korea (officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea), which is a country in East Asia constituting the northern part of the Korean Peninsula, Jeju Island and several minor islands close to the peninsula. It is bordered by China to the northwest and Russia to the northeast. It is separated from Japan to the east by the Korea Strait and the Sea of Japan (East Sea). According to article 1 of the constitution of North Korea, the DPRK is an "independant socialist State", however, North Korea is generally viewed as a totalitarian Stalinist dictatorship with an elaborate cult of personality around the Kim dynasty.
