Floral Girl First Communion Watercolor Wildflowers Invitation

A floral design for a girl's first communion. The text is surrounded of both sides by wildflowers painted in watercolor that form a kind of arch. The occasion and the name are written in a red script. The cross above the text and the date and time are orange colored, the rest of the text is black. The background is ivory, almost white. The wildflowers are pink, red, blue and orange colored. On the back, there is a pattern of the same wildflowers on ivory background. The wildflowers are botanical illustrations by Margaret Armstrong (1867-1944), from the "Field book of western wild flowers", published in 1915, now in the public domain.
