The hosts had queued us to look for the resident fox and mink. We stayed at a cabin that was right by a huge willow field in beaver ponds at Stubb Creek. The day before this photo the fox hung out on the porch, caught a pocket gopher and jumped on the picnic table top and ate it. I lightened this photo.
