Involuntary commitment and forced medication are two practices which can lead to violations of human rights. What happens when people say no to being forced to take strong side effect laden medications or being forced to confinement in a psyche ward? Well they are hunted down like animals and forced into a strait jacket and injected with drugs against their will. Treatment of people with severe emotional stress often becomes a tyrannical process which lacks humanity a civilised race should have and only serves to further exacerbate the weakened mental state people are in. Furthermore they often gain a stigma associated with their diagnosis which they carry with them the rest of their life. Even the more palatable concept of temporary medication to aid emotional crisis is all too often replaced by a belief that people are unfixable with therapy and should be forced to take medication the rest of their life. Ironic that the people who benefit monetarily from your continued reliance on psychiatric medication are the same people who decide if you are to be forced to stay on it.

I give wanted to give this a 4 instead of a 5 because these Basic DARK T0shirts run unexpectedly SLIM or Narrow. Which is great if you do not have a potbelly, but I have a paunch. It isn't the shirt's fault that I've got a beer belly. The design and shirt itself is a quality cotton shirt. The color is more of a deep purple, but still a very pretty color. The Basic DARK T-shirts run a bit SLIMMER than the Basic Ts. The neck is a fraction narrower (or seems to be narrower) also. I'm a paunchy middle-aged woman and my neck is 12 inches (31cm) thick and the neckline fell about the same as in the photo of the man, and I had the desire to tug it a bit. So if you're a thick necked man or like loose shirts, be aware these are slimmer shirts. Once I get rid of my lockdown paunch it'll look great. The shirt washed well in cold water with no apparent bleeding. We don't have a dryer, so it hung dry. Did not shrink. Love the colors and the design. The design looks smaller on my shirt than it does on the model on-line. But still, it looks good on the shirt. The printing looks as it does on the model, just the size seems fractionally smaller. Washed garment in cold water, hung dry and design appeared unaffected.

It’s a good quality cotton T Shirt, the colour is true to the description and it washes well on a cold wash. I was really pleased with printing, the detail was there and the colour was a true representation of the painting I submitted. It’s had many compliments from friends and one suggested trying it without the speech bubble as it was a bit loud for his humourless and shy personality so I’ve added one to my shop. I’ll definitely be trying more ideas so watch this space!
