My only complaint is the process of creating the product is difficult. From choosing a template with the desired number, placement and size of photos desired, to location of wording, there is a lot to be desired in facilitating a smooth creative process. I wanted to make a second card with two photos, but after over an hour of trying, I used a different company that has a very user-friendly process. The finished card is just what I wanted. The paper is heavy and the photo quality and printing are fine.
