We ordered a custom shot glass for a very special moment — asking my cousin to marry us — and planned to give it as a holiday gift. When it arrived, we were devastated to see it was completely wrong. Instead of our proposal, it said “Go to sleep Bethenny Frankel.”
This wasn’t just a mistake — it ruined our proposal plan and our holiday gift. We trusted Zazzle with something deeply meaningful, and that trust was broken. I’m truly heartbroken and disappointed.

It’s a shot glass, but the printing isn’t even legible. . Letters are half there. I was planning on asking a friend to officiate my wedding and his name, AK, isn’t even legible.
