The futakuchi-onna, or "two-mouthed woman" is a type of Japanese yokai (monster). Women who don't eat enough in life become futakuchi-onna in death, and the second mouth can never be sated. For an XL size (and compared to another t-shirt ordered) this is a snug fit for me, but acceptable. I would order a bigger size if you are size 16. printing is already on the t-shirt and is fine.
