The mugs look nice - the designs appear just as they did online, and the names we had added make them personal. Out of 8 mugs, 7 were perfect. One mug had a slight imperfection in that a very small amount of black ink was where it wasn't supposed to be. But it was not enough to have redone because we need it right away.
