The shirt fit true to size. I found that washing the shirt inside out preserves the design. Perfect! A fun way to heighten Gastroparesis awareness. There are approximately 5 million documented cases. There is not a cure. Wearing the shirt many asked about the disease and I requested them to support the H.R. 3396 bill in congress for funds to do research and find a cure.
