Gerlachfest Two-Tone Coffee Mug

I purchased one of these in 2006 / 2007, and after 7 years of daily use, and weekly dishwashing, a crack developed in the handle, so I was in need of a replacement. Although I couldn't immediately find the identical product on Zazzle, I was able to contact the person who provided the original image. Going above and beyond, he reposted the image / product on Zazzle, and I was able to order a couple of days later. TO be on the safe side, I've now got 2 new mugs, which should keep me going for the next 15 years or so :-) Service from Zazzle was prompt, with e-mails to keep me informed as to the progress of my order. Given that it had to travel half way round the world, the 8 day delivery time was outstanding. Excellent quality printing, bright colours, and sharp text. It's a complicated design, with lots of overprinting, so it has been done to a really high standard.

Great mug which I customised for myself using my photo library. I unfortunately broke the handle of my first mug. As my previous order was kept in history of orders I was able just to reorder without having to customise the mug again, & so was able to order exactly the same mug as a replacement. The customisation turned out exactly as I requested, the prints & colours crisp & clear & true to the originals

I love this mug, I designed it for myself (the only thing wrong is the pink color in the print: it's darker than the preview). The inside color is perfect and also the print has a high quality finissage. colors are a bit Darker, so my pink heart and logo aren't like the preview.
