While the wesite can be sometimes challenging, the customer service is excellent. I wanted to add the design from the invitation to the envelope and of course it's not possible on the website to copy and paste it. But when I called the rep that I spoke with did it in a couple of seconds. I also love that I don't have to hold on for hours to get someone on the phone!!! The paper is of huge importance to me and zazzle offers a great variety of paper. Excellent! No complaints at all
