This cute design features a brown elephant standing in front of a palm tree between green mountains. Shown on a postcard you can transfer the design to other products like mugs, coasters and other fashionable accessories. This is the vintage motif that appeared alongside the British Union Jack on the flag of the Gold Coast British Ghana, 1877-1957, prior to UK independence in 1957. The same design featured on the flags of the former British Colonies of Gambia, Lagos, Sierra Leone and the West Africa Settlements.
Apart from its historical significance it is a cute design in its own right on this product
