The Gold Dust Lounge opened in 1933 and has been a San Francisco institution ever since. But now the historic Union Square watering hole may be forced to close its doors after receiving a lease cancellation notice from its landlord... ...unless we do something to help! I created this image and ordered it for an exhibition of my work, so it had to be top quality to be displayed alongside the original artwork. Perfect, exactly as it left my computer. Sharp and crisp with very strong and clean blacks on the cat. The shadow detail is excellent.
